*Work Experience* Andrew worked with the National Information Technology Authority-Uganda (NITA-U) from 2015 to April 2022 as a Systems Developer, Project Manager and National Account Manager for Microsoft and Oracle Systems on behalf of the Government of Uganda.

Andrew has managed several e-Government projects under the World Bank geared towards improved public service delivery.

Andrew is passionate about Servant Leadership, Digital Transformation, Diplomacy, Philosophy, Climate Change and Mental Health.
